Job Overview We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Data Analyst to support the blithequark+ Product, Marketing, and Content Curation teams. As a key member of the Studio Research & Analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with qualitative and quantitative research activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Combining disparate data sets using SQL to support the daily operations of the blithequark+ consumer experience monitoring program
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including data vendors and internal teams
  • Analyzing and preparing ongoing and ad-hoc reports using quantitative and qualitative data for various teams within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of blithequark+
  • Managing assigned projects, ensuring quality assurance, and reporting progress to supervisors
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure that all outcomes are strategically actionable and drive key decision-making
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data sources and requirements
  • Responding to critical data requests from internal clients Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to extract and integrate disparate data sources
  • Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills
  • Ability to work rapidly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Proficiency in data processing tools, such as SPSS, Q, or MarketSight
  • Experience with survey tools, such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or SurveyMonkey
  • Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as R, Python, SAS, or STATA
  • Advanced degree in Market Research or Statistics
  • Quantitative research background, either supplier-side or client-side

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and location.
