Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish Speaking – Auto Warranty Industry, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments if applicable
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Handling calls from Spanish-speaking customers with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues efficiently
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
  • Helping explain contract details to customers and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage
  • Managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free driving experiences
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Fluency in speaking and reading Spanish
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including experience with CRM systems (a plus)
  • A goal-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving high standards and delivering exceptional results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasive speaking, and listening skills
  • Ability to use good reasoning skills and adapt to changing situations quickly
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Availability to work from home with a dedicated workspace that includes high-speed internet (at least 50 Mbps) and an isolated work environment away from others during scheduled shifts
