Experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Patient Experience

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our clients. You'll be the face of our organization, providing empathetic and personalized service to customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting or related industry (1-2 years)
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment:

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a private residence as the primary work environment

  • blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a webcam, to conduct work
  • Employees must provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Workstation must be connected directly to the Internet, with proof of ISP meeting the minimum speed requirements

Physical Demands:

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
