Given our U.S.-based operations, your shift will likely be during the evening or graveyard hours in the Philippines, perfectly aligning with a stable and consistent schedule. You patiently guide them through the process, answering their questions about policies and fees with a positive attitude. Between calls, you might check in with your virtual team, send a brief email to a supervisor for support on a complex issue, or review a new policy update. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, baggage fees, and other services
  • Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment

Essential Qualifications:
