Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits
  • Working closely with union representatives to understand their needs and provide tailored support and guidance
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions and benefits information

Essential Qualifications
