The Role
As a Working Student in Customer Onboarding, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process end-to-end, from setting up accounts in our system to going live on marketplaces. You will work closely with our proprietary software and AI tools to ensure listings are created and synced correctly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help identify bottlenecks and enable us to improve and streamline the onboarding workflow. You will also collaborate with our product and ops teams to give feedback and shape internal tools based on real merchant needs.
Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, etc.)
- Structured and proactive way of working, with a passion for optimizing processes
- Comfortable using software tools and working in a fast-moving tech environment
- Native German speaker and fluent in English
