Job Summary

As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our 3rd party customers. You'll be the face of blithequark, and your friendly personality, willingness to help, and clear communication skills will make all the difference in delivering a world-class experience. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information. You'll also have the opportunity to inform customers about incentives or upgrades they're eligible for, helping them get the most out of their experience with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from 3rd party customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Accept payments, verify account information, and make updates or changes to account information as needed
  • Inform customers about incentives or upgrades they're eligible for, helping them get the most out of their experience with blithequark
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account information

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly communicate over the phone
  • Friendly and approachable personality, with a genuine willingness to help others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment, with a strong understanding of remote work best practices

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with 3rd party customers, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
