Aston Carter Remote Organizational Development Consultant in Richmond, Virginia

Aston Carter is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant for one of our large Healthcare clients! Qualified candidates MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree, 3 years specific experience in Org Development, Employee Engagement, Project Management or Analytical Background . Fully Remote, but must be a vailable for overnight travel to Virginia Beach, VA as needed for all team meetings. The 5 main components of the role include: EXAMPLE of a day to day: Currently working on project called Culture Attributes expansion, which requires everyone in organization to be onboarded, educated and implement process.

• Roadshows, communication/marketing, education, training organization about what practical element is and organization effectiveness
• Recognition/rewards
• Performance evaluations
• Employee Engagement
• Assist in recruiting efforts as needed Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong project management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Workday experience and Prosci (for change management) experience is a PLUS
• Prior experience with large-scale change activities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect and collaborate with others.
• Creative thinking
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort presenting to groups of various sizes.
• Strong proficiency in bolthires Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Proficiency with data analytics (interpreting, understanding, and effectively conveying survey results, benchmarks, metrics, etc.).
