About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are courteous and respectful
  • Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of assistance required to resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients and promote customer loyalty
  • Manage customer expectations, providing timely and accurate information to ensure that customers are informed and satisfied
  • Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting, as deemed appropriate per level
