An established civil engineering firm is seeking a Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join its growing team in Texas. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering civil engineering solutions that enhance both the built environment and the surrounding community. This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule , combining in-office collaboration with the freedom of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support the design, planning, and coordination of civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare detailed plans, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and municipalities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Certification:
  • EIT in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil engineering design or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley design software preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
