Revenue Operations Billing Analysts

This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Revenue Operations Billing Analysts To thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented billing department. You will provide customer service regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customer regarding their billing concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.
- Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- Knowledge of Billing procedures
- Strong attention to detail goal-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Has good communication skills.
- Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed.
- Knows how to Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer. Must be amenable to work on US hours
