• Discover and vet emerging startups, entrepreneurs, and newly launched ventures, identifying opportunities for growth and investment.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, operations, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive improvement.
• Develop comprehensive plans, roadmaps, and goals to address key deficiencies and opportunities within our portfolio companies.
• Create investor-ready pitch decks and financial models that enable startups to secure funding and drive growth.
• Provide expert insights and analyses as an internal and external business consultant, navigating the startup landscape and enhancing specific competencies.
• Stay abreast of rising market trends, digital topics, and technological advancements, researching the entrepreneurial ecosystem and preparing investment and data reports to support investor strategies.
• Scout for high-potential investment opportunities through big data analysis, assisting with due diligence and quality assurance processes.
• Foster and maintain relationships with current and future investment partners through ad-hoc research and trend analysis.

The Ideal Candidate: A Unique Blend of Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field, complemented by 2+ years of experience in financial products, securities, fund, asset, or portfolio management.
• 1-3 years of experience working with a business advisory firm, incubator, or accelerator, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
• Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to aggregate multiple data sources, identify root cause problems, and develop actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations.
• A proactive, autonomous approach to work, with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a comfort level working with large spreadsheets and raw data outputs.
