Roles: Paid Media Strategist / Ad Ops Manager / Media Planner Location: Remote Role Overview: Vicarious Talent Agency is currently recruiting for two paid roles: a Paid Media Strategist for a digital/social ad agency, and an Ad Ops Manager for another agency. Both agencies are in Seattle, and both positions are remote (Seattle-area candidates preferred but not mandatory). Both roles also combine strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple digital platforms. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, primarily on social and display channels. Your goal will be to maximize ROI and ensure the success of our clients’ online advertising efforts. These positions require a deep understanding of paid display advertising, and social media advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and martech teams to execute and report on campaigns that drive measurable results. Key responsibilities: Help achieve demand generation goals by creating and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline. Ingest new projects, manage, optimize, and report on campaign collaborate with X-functional teams Troubleshoot any issues related to campaign setup, planning and performance. Work with stakeholders to plan media budgets effectively for effective ROI. Your Primary Duties Include: Develop and implement paid media strategies to meet client objectives. Execute campaigns across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram/Facebook (Meta), X/Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn. Manage campaigns on Google (search, display, YouTube) + programmatic platforms such as Basis, The Trade Desk, Adobe, AdRoll, etc. Oversee OTT / CTV media strategies and executions. Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on results to stakeholders. Collaborate with creative and project management teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies and executions cutting-edge. Manage budgets and track spend across all platforms to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI maximization. Communicate with clients to understand their needs, present strategies, and discuss campaign results. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and executing paid media strategies. Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google advertising, programmatic advertising, and OTT. Strong analytical skills to assess data and campaign effectiveness. Experience managing significant media budgets. Proficiency in media planning and buying tools. Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
