Marketing Automation Consultant

Remote role Full-time Open position

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Consultant / Developer to support digital customer experience strategies and projects within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role is also responsible for understanding digital engagement metrics and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement. You will be running your own projects from start to finish, intake meetings with Leads, gather requirements, lead peer reviews, communicate with requesters and build technical solutions from scratch. 70% of your time is Technical Coding/building solutions work, 30% Project Management/Consulting with stakeholders. Examples of current work: - Journey optimization - Building adhoc emails for certain lines of business - Integrations within automation studio Job Responsibilities:

  • Executemarketing automation(Salesforce Marketing Cloud) programs and processes from start to finish including design building, QA, deployment and reporting of emails, landing pages, journeys and automations.
  • Proactively advise Marketing and other cross-functional partners of best practices with regards tomarketing automation, increasing digital engagement, platform capabilities and testing.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, versatility and an ability to shepherd multiple concurrent priorities to completion, seeking guidance as necessary.
  • Execute campaigns for customers and partners that drive awareness, engagement, retention and advocacy throughout their journey.

Job Requirements: - Salesforce Sales Cloud platform experience required. - Preferred: Journey builder, automation studio, cloud pages, Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud features - Preferred: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and AMP Scripting - 7-10+ years of experience in a similar position - Ability to manage projects and consult with stakeholders on needs EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
