Position Overview | Digital Marketing + HubSpot If you're a HubSpotter who loves the thrill of a problem that needs solving, likes to dig into data to find new ideas, and loves the power that marketing and sales alignment bring to business, then this job is for you. With a passion and deep knowledge of the HubSpot platform (specifically the CRM, Marketing, and Sales hubs), the HubSpot Specialist couples their inbound and outbound marketing experience with the HubSpot platform to audit, create, plan, and execute marketing and sales tactics for both. This position requires extreme attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a keen understanding of digital marketing tactics like email, social, web, deals, workflows, and integrated campaign creation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HubSpot CRM portals for clean and accurate data
  • Execute all client monthly campaign execution, reporting, management, and data analysis. This may include workflow creation, copy writing, web + SEO optimization, and social media marketing.
  • Coordinate will all partners and teams for content, design, and SEO deliverables to keep campaigns moving forward and on timeline
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM, CMS, Sales + Marketing Hubs
  • Maintain website by providing content and template changes, enhancements as needed
  • Build processes and efficiencies for campaigns, teams, and projects we do regularly to build cohesive approach to client engagements for all team members
  • Optimize and audit client portals for ideas to drive increase demand, lead generation, and ROI
  • Conduct + create monthly reporting for each client with recommendations for enhancements/changes to engagements
  • Implement lead scoring system to evaluate lead quality and qualify opportunities for clients
  • Work within project management system to document and track activities, milestones, and project tactics
  • Understand and continue to learn HubSpot Hubs, best practices, and be eager to take additional training, conduct research, and find answers to solve client problems that the platform can help mitigate
  • Build, manage, and provide new client HubSpot onboarding + training to teach teams how to use HubSpot, best practices, and offload some ownership of their platforms to the Clients
  • Work within ClickUp project management system to document and track activities, milestones, and project tactics
  • Ability to grasp new tools, learn quickly, and research/educate yourself to solve problems and bring recommendations back to the team

Job Requirements

  • Growth minded individual whose interested in building a career from the ground up
  • University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment, agency, or with marketing administration tasks
  • Proficient knowledge of HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS Marketing + Sales Hubs, HubSpot Inbound Certification, Marketing + Sales Hub Trainings encouraged
  • Previous work experience in the IT/MPS/SaaS fields a plus
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong project management, communication, and organization skills, ClickUp experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and with teams, must be able to prioritize project and needs to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to troubleshoot challenges and bring new ideas and efficiencies to the table
