Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for an Equity Plan Administrator (Contractor). How do you fit in? This role reports to the Senior Director, People Operations. This role is responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant administration of private company employee equity programs. You'll partner with business stakeholders, Finance/Accounting, Legal, and the broader Total Rewards team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with both day-to-day grant administration as well as more complex analyses. What you will do:

  • Own day-to-day administration of company stock plans across three private companies, including processing, managing, and tracking new issuance, shares outstanding, and shares available
  • Maintain and update stock databases across a variety of award types (stock options, RSUs, cash-settled agreements, etc.), ensuring accuracy of record keeping both in Shareworks and for still-pending grants
  • Drive delivery on equity-related projects, including scenario analysis and share modeling, for management, Board, and compensation committee review
  • Assist in preparation of reports and reconciliations to assist in the review of equity and transaction data for compliance reporting, and to support compensation reviews and grant planning
  • Perform regular analysis and audits
  • Work closely with internal partners in legal, accounting, finance, and the people team to resolve inquiries, deliver reports, reconcile data, and develop analytical models

What you can bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-6 years' experience working in equity administration and/or compensation
  • Top-tier Excel skills, with experience in complex Excel models and spreadsheets
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Mail Merge functionality
  • Experience in Shareworks or similar equity platforms
  • Able to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong work ethics
  • Excited to work in fast pace, collaborative environment
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred

Where we are:

  • This role is remote, with a preference of someone on the West Coast time zone.

The hourly rate for this position is from $48.00 - $72.00 per hour.
