Account Manager (Fully Remote in EST time zone) - Print/Manufacturing experience needed POSITION SUMMARY The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of services or products, and achieving client satisfaction and retention. This role involves working closely with both clients and internal teams to understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure the smooth execution of projects or services. They will serve as the voice of the customer by championing ideas that drive customer success throughout the organization. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Abilities and Skills: · Attention to detail · Critical thinking · Excellent written and oral communication · Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and highly organized · Ability to work as part of a cross functional team and interact effectively with others · Flexible; able to accommodate changing workloads and task types · Knowledge of e-commerce solutions and print facilitation is preferred Position Responsibilities: · Delivers and sustains support within assigned accounts for ViaTech products and services · Educates customers on product functionality and value to increase their satisfaction and success · Establishes themselves as a trusted partner by working through different scenarios to deliver results for the customer · Ability to perform order entry, invoice and report management using information systems · Clearly understands and communicates information effectively and timely · Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to meet customers' needs and maximize resources · Manages client experience and expectations relative to project deliverables and timelines assuring achievement of the client's desired outcome · Collaborate with customers on new items and projects, and accurate quoting of costs and timelines involved Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) · Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services · Proficient in the use of software systems (HubSpot a plus) and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional Other Requirements: · Valid Driver’s License · Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screening Other Physical Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment.
