Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to conceptualize and produce high-quality video content that captivates audiences. Video Editing: Assemble raw footage, apply editing techniques, and create engaging visual narratives that tell compelling stories. Seamless Transitions: Trim footage segments to ensure smooth transitions and a cohesive viewing experience. Sound Design: Edit and mix soundtracks and sound effects to enhance the visual narrative. Visual Effects and Graphics: Add visual effects and graphics to elevate video productions and align with brand guidelines. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest video software, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve content quality. Netflix Tagging: Accurately tag and categorize Netflix content to enhance user experience and facilitate content discovery.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field; or equivalent experience that demonstrates expertise in video production. Video Editing Software: Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid, or others. Technical Skills: Knowledge of color correction, animation, visual effects, and sound mixing to produce high-quality content. Production Workflow: Understanding of video production workflow and techniques to ensure efficient project execution. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to deliver high-quality content that meets project requirements. Multitasking: Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver quality content in a timely manner. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Netflix Experience: Previous experience working with Netflix or similar streaming platforms is highly desirable.
