Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator - Hybrid Remote Applied Behavior Analysis

Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Hawthorne - Hawthorne, CA Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.00 Hourly Full Job Description Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator Part-time (8am-12pm or 9am-1pm) and weekend hours (including Sundays). Pay Range from $19.00 - $25.00 per hour We are looking for a consistent and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator. Nurture & Nature ABA and Consultation is seeking to hire a self-motivated, efficient, responsible individual to join the Scheduling Team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work with the clients, Clinical Team and Chief Operations Officer to coordinate staffing and scheduling of ABA services as well as perform a variety of other administrative tasks. This will be a hybrid role, with both virtual at-home and in-person work. The office locations relevant to this position are located in Valley Village and Hawthorne, CA.   • Work collaboratively with Human Resources and the Clinical Team to coordinate the staffing and scheduling of therapists with clients
  • Generate flexible reports on scheduling status of cases and contract fulfillment
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage client and staff schedules
  • Track and manage staff and client cancellations and coordinate coverage or make up sessions
  • Arrange field training for new therapists
  • Program development
  • Supporting the Scheduling team (data entry, phone calls, sending emails, filing etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirement and Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent (required);
  • Scheduling experience;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Administrative experience;
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills;
  • Creative mindset with the ability to follow up;
  • Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills;
  • Must be willing to undergo a FBI and DOJ fingerprint check;
  • Time management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines;
  • Ability to perform a broad variety of tasks, each requiring a different skill set;
  • Detail-oriented mindset;
  • Accountability and ownership of your work;
  • Problem solving skills, ingenuity and ability to follow directions precisely;
  • Ability to take initiative without waiting to be prompted;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Growth mindset, ability to learn and take on new responsibilities over time;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the vast majority of the Google suite of tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Voice, Meets and Search), experience using NPAWorks a plus;
  • Language fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
