Day-to-Day
- Handle premises liability and auto accident files from initial investigation to early resolution
- Draft answers, discovery demands, and motions to dismiss in NY state courts
- Take plaintiff and witness depositions with partner oversight
- Prepare for and attend virtual or in-person motion hearings
- Support trial preparation including exhibit organization and witness outlines
