As a Remote Live Chat Support Representative, you will help customers and partners by providing responsive, accurate, and friendly support online.

Summary

ENGLOSOL is seeking a Remote Live Chat Support Representative to engage with clients through our online chat system. You will answer questions, provide information about our environmental services, assist with basic troubleshooting, and guide customers to the right resources or departments. This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in real time.
  • Provide accurate information about ENGLOSOL’s services (environmental consulting, sustainability solutions, waste management guidance, compliance programs, etc.).
  • Assist customers with basic issues, service questions, or navigation support.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate environmental specialists or internal departments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using CRM or ticketing tools.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient communication at all times.
  • Adhere to ENGLOSOL’s environmental service standards and internal communication protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in live chat support or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
  • Basic environmental knowledge or willingness to learn through training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
  • Familiarity with CRM, support software, or chat systems is a plus.
