Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, providing knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-related inquiries.
  • Acting as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers, investigating and resolving claim issues and prescription problems efficiently.
  • Accurately documenting interactions and follow-ups in our systems, navigating databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and resolve complex member concerns, completing required compliance training to meet regulatory standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide accurate and informed support to our clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, with a strong understanding of insurance terminology, especially Medicare Part D.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
