Your Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team and provide exceptional service to our clients. As a compassionate human connection, you will be the face of our company, making a positive impact on our members' and patients' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries
  • Accurately documenting call details
  • Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
  • Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily

Job Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
  • Have reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days
  • Have a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Have a secure, private work area at home
  • Have flexible availability, including weekends
