Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Virtual Part-Time Customer Engagement Marketing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of our customer engagement and marketing initiatives, including promoting information consistency and advertising/publicizing innovation services for our company. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage multiple projects, and ensure compliance with existing and emerging security guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution of our customer engagement and marketing initiatives, including promoting information consistency and advertising/publicizing innovation services for our company

• Collaborate with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
• Aid new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
• Oversee situation/project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight, using excellent time management and organizational skills
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or related field

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer engagement, advertising, and publicizing innovation services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal oversight
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Familiarity with security guidelines and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software
• Experience with data analysis and metrics reporting
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and marketing principles, including customer journey mapping and persona development
