Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create raving fans for blithequark every day.
  • Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
