As a Customer Advocate / Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations, ensuring that every interaction is transparent, efficient, and frictionless.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Advocate / Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Independently managing all customer requests, including orders, discrepancies, product inquiries, returns, and exceptions throughout the order cycle
  • Collaborating with various company channels (GSC, Pricing, SPA, A/R, Sales, and BUs) to ensure customer expectations are met and foster a frictionless experience
  • Maintaining and cultivating relationships with regional customers and sales teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proposing and implementing independent solutions for customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction through survey results and implementing corrective action plans to address dissatisfaction
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of customer issues and data before it is entered
  • Acting as an assistant to the HR Manager
  • Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
  • Typing/data entry of confidential client and financial data
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and follow through on commitments
  • High motivation, self-starter attitude, and ability to propose solutions rather than waiting for others to solve problems
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to actively intervene to create and energize positive change
  • Proficiency in computer software, including laptops, tablets, or smartphones
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently from home without immediate in-person supervision
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to give feedback on various company services, product testing, and participation in online focus groups
