Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information to generate leads for our clients. Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with our clients' customers
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above

Requirements

* Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed

  • Able to attend 4 weeks of training Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 6:30PM CST
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
