  • Collaborate with your Department Supervisor and other associates to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.

  • Knowledge of products and services related to our specific store departments, such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Leadership or team lead experience, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
