Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and building strong relationships with customers while professionally representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of Windows operating system. Additionally, you should be highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience with sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
