We are seeking an exceptional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Relaying important information about our life-safety systems and services, updating customer accounts, and solving billing questions.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across our systems, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
- Helping customers understand our noble purpose and providing security solutions to our commercial clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Participating in coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 development sessions to grow and develop your career at blithequark.
A Day in the Life of a Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. Your day will be filled with:- Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Job Requirements

- A designated private workspace at home.
- High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire via ethernet from cable modem to your PC.
- At least 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speeds.
