Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team in San Angelo, W Beauregard. As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting Collision Estimators, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in person or on the phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance and assistance as required
- Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging customer transportation, and preparing paperwork
- Perform active customer deliveries while effectively communicating with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors
- Ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards
- Communicate with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Service Center

Requirements
* 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing tasks and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly "World Class" customer service to internal and external customers
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
* Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Passion for learning the collision industry
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy

* Experience in the collision repair industry
- Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
