Job Description
Bynder is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and self-motivated recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles while providing an excellent candidate experience. This role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months with an opportunity to extend depending on company needs. This position is based in the United States and open to remote work. We will consider candidates interested part-time or full-time. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving the process from sourcing to offer stage
- All aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for requisitions within Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc
- Creating a best in class candidate experience
- Working closely with managers and c-level hiring managers to assemble effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Adapting to changes in hiring goals and priorities
- Understanding each candidate’s specific needs, verifying their background and experience
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years recruiting experience
- Expertise in conducting initial phone screens and relaying feedback to hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech positions
- Ability to work a mutually-benefiting negotiation for both the candidate and Bynder
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools
BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience recruiting for a SaaS, and/or marketing technology company
- SmartRecruiter experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
