The Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our Live Chat team, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our customers through our cutting-edge live chat platform. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to shipments, deliveries, and our various services, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our customers is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional support to customers through our live chat platform, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Address a wide range of customer inquiries, from tracking packages and troubleshooting issues to providing information on our services and offerings
- Document and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and escalating concerns when necessary
