As a Customer Success Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in placing online orders and provide support through phone calls, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Process payments securely and maintain the highest level of customer data protection.
  • Proactively support customers, address their concerns, and maintain our brand reputation through excellent service.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes, share best practices, and enhance overall service quality.
  • Maintain and improve service quality by adhering to our high standards, providing feedback, and suggesting areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, enabling you to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset, with active listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food ordering or e-commerce industry, demonstrating your understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Technical skills, including a typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Experience working in a rotational shift environment, including night shifts, and ability to adapt to our scheduling requirements.
