Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
  • Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related areas
  • Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using computers and software applications
  • Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a quiet, uninterrupted space and organized desk area

Preferred Qualifications
