Job Description

We're seeking friendly, dedicated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our valued members, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding member experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assisting members with orders, account issues, membership benefits, and more
  • Resolving customer concerns while adhering to company policies and guidelines
  • Documenting and tracking member interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and exceptional service

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
