Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing guest communications, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
  • Processing reservations, coordinating housekeeping, and arranging amenities
  • Utilizing multiple technology platforms to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences and high-quality customer service

Key Job Responsibilities

* Guest and Reservation Management: + Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner + Resolve guest issues and concerns with a high sense of urgency + Process reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests

  • Virtual Property Management:

+ Coordinate housekeeping and amenities for our properties + Utilize technology platforms to manage property inventory and guest communications + Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:

+ Schedule and coordinate cleaning services for our properties + Ensure timely and efficient completion of cleaning tasks + Collaborate with our team to resolve any issues related to cleaning services

Success Metrics

* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)

  • Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
  • Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher on Airbnb and other review platforms

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience

  • 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
  • Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm EST)
  • Experience with Airbnb customer service (preferred)
  • Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies as needed (preferred)

  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts

  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to follow directions
  • Conflict resolution experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
