Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and industry partners
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients and participants
  • Working independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
  • Completing data entry tasks, including entering data into software and interpreting results
  • Assisting in the creation of questions and surveys to gather information from future consumers
  • Participating in online focus groups and Zoom meetings to provide feedback and insights
  • Working with a variety of industries, including administration, aerospace, automotive, and more

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
