Your Role at blithequark

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the vital link between our customers' at-home and in-store experiences, providing a simple and seamless process that meets their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their car-buying requirements
• Using your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
• Guiding customers through every step of their car-buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
• Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
• Mentoring others as your skillset expands
• Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
• Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you'll need:

• Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail or a similar field
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
• A high level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
• Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• A willingness to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
• A hybrid role with a requirement for working on site one day per week
• The ability to meet minimum technology requirements, including a specific type of internet service and speed
• A residence within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
