Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be a vital part of our team, responsible for delivering amazing customer experiences while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. A Typical Day in Your Role
In this role, you can expect to:
- Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their issues

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Residency within Tennessee or surrounding areas
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge, with the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
