Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Eastern Range Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Instructing customers in equipment operation and providing technical assistance over the phone
• Performing maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems
• Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance to identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time
• Installing, upgrading, and removing products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change
• Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process
• Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components
• Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting
• Maintaining effective customer communications and relations
• Working on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizing the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices
• Assisting and training less experienced personnel

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training

• 3-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to work afterhours and weekends on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS)

• Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10
