Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data into our systems with accuracy and speed, using a range of data entry equipment, word processing software, and verbal recordings
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, using your analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and professionally
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis
