About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent English skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day)
  • Follow up with leads and respond to active leads and close sales (approximately 2 hours a day)
  • Contribute to organic account growth and management (approximately 2 hours a day)
  • Reply to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day)
  • Perform management and daily communication tasks (approximately 30 minutes a day)

Requirements and Qualifications

To be part of our team, you will need to have:

  • Advanced or Native C1-C2 level of English
  • A desire to earn an income in USD
  • A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone
  • A stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
  • Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles
  • 100% confidence in your English skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses
  • Average performance level: $600-$1,200 per month
  • Good performance level: $1,200-$2,000 per month
