What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Receiving and documenting customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner * Following company procedures and inputting accurate trip data into our systems * Multitasking effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems * Reviewing and educating members on services and their insurance coverage * Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation What is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) * 0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role * Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to type 35 words per minute or more * Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have: * Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work independently under general supervision You will be well-positioned to excel in this role and take your career to the next level.
