Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch support and service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and timely.
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Schedule
Our part-time schedule is designed to accommodate your lifestyle and flexibility needs. You will work:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
