Job Summary

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Responsibilities

As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our product and/or service
  • Documenting call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
  • Upselling current customers on new or enhanced services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a Medicaid or healthcare-related environment
  • Knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
