The Mid-Market Sales Team

As a member of our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them grow and succeed in the digital world. Our team is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each client and providing tailored solutions to drive business success. Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients. You'll lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success, and plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between blithequark and clients
  • Lead a cross-functional team within blithequark to collaborate on projects and drive client success
  • Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of blithequark advertising products/solutions
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals
  • Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
  • Build knowledge of how blithequark advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
