As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information
• Providing accurate and timely information about products and services via online chat
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support and excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

To be successful as a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be able to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Have gaming experience, which is preferred but not required
