As a remote Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in fulfilling this mission by ensuring the accurate entry of engraving details for pet ID tags.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs.
• Reading and interpreting handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently.
• Completing data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, allocating approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Exceptional typing skills, achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, to guarantee accurate data entry.
• Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, as you will be working with a diverse range of order forms and emails.
• Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, ensuring that data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
