As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class support to our customers through live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. You'll work closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide unique solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to live chat messages on clients' websites or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts as needed
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries
  • Utilize tools such as Facebook Messenger to provide exceptional customer support
  • Think outside the box to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a remote work environment

Essential Qualifications:
